Troubleshooting: It is normal behavior when the fan is in Advanced Sleep Mode. The fan will automatically start oscillating after one hour, which is its default setting. During installation, please ensure the screws are aligned with the flat surface of the motor shaft, not the arc surface, as this can reduce the air output.

It's possible a timer was accidentally set beforehand. Kindly check the settings and try it again.

Verify whether your fan is in Advanced Sleep Mode or manually set to screen off. When the screen is off, the operation panel enters a semi-sleep state to prevent accidental touch. To adjust the settings, you need to press the panel twice - the first time to wake it up, and the second time to make changes.
